Terms and Conditions
iDream Lda., a legal person no. 510 232 493, with its registered name at Rua Assis Esperança, no. 5, 8100-543, Loulé, registered with the Commercial Registry Of Loulé, which owns all the content and information contained on the website, is the company responsible for invoicing and supplying its products.
Browsing the site, as well as the purchase of any products, presupposes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this policy.
iDream is not responsible for the damages arising from any computer viruses, or any other situations to which it is unrelated, and that prevent access to and the correct functioning of the website.
iDream reserves the right to freely modify this policy in order to comply with applicable law, without any prior notice.
Product Information
iDream takes into account information on the essential characteristics of products, however, these are subject to constant changes of which you should always be informed.
iDream is therefore not responsible for any divergences and/or modifications related to the information about the products present on the website, provided by the supplier/manufacturer.
We recommend that you always read the information on the labels, packaging or documents that accompany the product before using or consuming it.
All products presented on the website are subject to stock availability at the time the product is collected. Missing products will not be billed, and you can contact us and request replacement for a similar product. In case of replacement, the price invoiced will be that of the replacement product and not that of the originally ordered.
Price Information
Retail prices are shown in euro and, unless missornotor publication, include VAT. iDream reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, unless otherwise stated, prices will be valid only for the day on which they are announced, committing iDream to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.
The prices advertised on the site are valid only for purchase orders made in the iDream online store, and may not match those of the physical stores.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other origin error causing a substantial change not provided for by iDream in the retail price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.
The total price of your order, shown on the order confirmation, is an estimated price, as there may be variations in average weights of fresh products, price differences in substitute products or possibly unavailable products. Only on delivery of your order and upon delivery of the invoice will be presented with the final price.
Order Information
The registered user fulfills their order by completing the purchase process presented in the iDream Online Store by adding the product(s) you want to order to the shopping cart.
To send your order you must:
- Register in the iDream Online Store, providing for this purpose the information requested therein;
- Log in (providing the combination of email and password chosen by the User at the time of registration);
- Complete the information and choose the options that are available to you throughout the order termination process (such as the payment method).
The final confirmation of the order by the user is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as, these Terms and Conditions which will be, in addition to the commercial contract established with iDream, the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
iDream will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability iDream undertakes to inform the registered user as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user.
Orders are valid for 15 (fifteen) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign setting a different deadline, and prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period cannot be guaranteed. If the payment of the same is not received by our services within the said period or does not comply with the agreements defined, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.
Payment Methods Information
To pay for your order you have several means of payment available:
- PayPal – Payment through your PayPal;
- MB Way – Service available only to customers of Portuguese banks with the MB Way app installed and configured;
- ATM – Service available only to customers of Portuguese banks.
- Payshop – Payment available in the network of agents “Payshop”, CTT stores or post offices.
- Credit Card Visa or Mastercard;
- Bank Transfer;
- Debit Card – Payment made at the time of delivery through the terminal.
If, for any reason, after the delivery of the order it is not possible to carry out the collection of the final amount of the invoice through the means of payment chosen and indicated by you, you will be contacted by the customer support team, who will provide you with the necessary data to make the missing payment, via MB reference or by bank transfer.
iDream may block access to the site until payment is confirmed.
Delivery Information
Our goal is to do everything to have your order delivered on time by you selected. In the event of an unforeseen event, we will contact you as soon as possible.
The delivery of orders will take place up to 5 business days after the order or after confirmation of payment. The delivery is carried out by the company iDream and its distribution team.
The order is added a cost of 5,99€ + VAT of shipping postage for orders under 50€.
Some non-food products may have different delivery periods than food products. All products you add to your shopping cart will be automatically grouped and divided by deliveries, and you can confirm, in the summary of your order, the number of deliveries to be made and the associated costs.
The products will all be delivered to the same address, however, to finalize your purchase, you will need to select a delivery period for each of your orders.
Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can always exercise your right of free resolution of the contract, at the time of receipt of the order, and without the need to indicate the reason, making the return of the product to our carrier. The amount paid for the product will be refunded to you at a later date.
You may also exercise your right by submitting a return request through our website or other means of contact published on the within 15 days of the date of receipt of the same(s), provided that it is in the state in which it was purchased (including the original complete packaging).
In the event of a return of a product, iDream refunds it in full the amount paid by it.
iDream reserves the right to withretain a refund until it has received the returned products,/s, or until it has proof of shipment of the same(s), whichever occurs first.
It is up to the customer to bear the cost of returning the product, except in the case where iDream is able to collect it.
In the case of returned products, they must ensure that:
- If wrong order:
- They have 48 hours to communicate and return the goods;
- Returns of goods that are intact are only accepted.
- In the case of product outside specifications:
- If the product is out of specification, you have 15 days from the invoice date to make a claim and return the goods.
- It is mandatory delivery of the invoice as well as indicate the reason for return.
We do not accept the return, in particular, of the following products:
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be resubmitted or are likely to deteriorate or quickly become out of time (perishable);
- Sealed products not subject to return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.
Product Warranty
Some products marketed on iDream are covered by the legal guarantee regime of 2 (two) years, from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of April 8 (in its latest version).
To exercise your warranty right, if a product does not comply, you must display it, without signs of misuse, with the respective proof of purchase.
Perishable products, products with limited durability, and other products which by their nature are incompatible with the application of the guarantee scheme are not covered.
